# New Function – Bulk Template Replacement

mAuthor makes it now possible to instantly replace a template within the entire project.

This can be done by Company admin in a few simple steps:

1. Go to **Company Administration Panel**.
2. Select **Manage projects**.
3. Choose a relevant project and click the **Update templates** link.
4. Check the **Replace with new template** option and select a suitable template.
5. Choose the publications to be included in the bulk template replacement and click the **Update template** button underneath.
